Based on the consolidated view you can build up a company-wide standard- and ad-hoc-reporting with the aid of the functionalities of the Reporting Center, which allows you to recognize correlations fast and analyze them consistently. With the provided campaign cube you have an ad-hoc-analysis for detailed and combined reports (based on an OLAP cube technology) per Excel. Using the Reporting Center you achieve extra several standard reports with key performance indicators, which will be matched to your needs and accordingly CI. With the optional extension of the cube importers you can flow awareness/target group from the analysis directly into a campaign/activity.
This module allows your service employees or the complaint management a reading or writing access to the single customer view in order to comprehend changed contact details, opt-in support, response, questionnaires, new customers etc. For the inbound sales support the individual offers with the highest purchase probability – Next-Best-Offers (NBO) – per customer can be shown, which DynaMine establishes daily. Other external web-based applications can be embedded without any problems. The skins will be customized to your needs. To execute the program you only need a standard browser.
This module affords the intelligent and integrated transfer, planning and permission of campaigns and activities. Any processes and rules can be generated by the administrators. The event-driven workflow control identifies what should happen to a certain event and which employee has to be automatically informed by mail (e.g. information to a certain group of people when an automated campaign has been achieved successfully).
The module maintains the direct automated connection to E-mail-marketing-systems of several renowned producer like inxmail, evalanche, trippichio, optivo, eCircle, mission one and emailvision and can be connected to many other systems, because of its open architecture. DynaCampaign combines the online and offline world by grouping the sales approach of all channels in one system and therefore all relevant selections criteria out of both worlds are available. In particular the E-mail interface takes over the guidance relative to target group assignment and mailing date over the E-mail system and affords you complex campaign planning processes. You only need the user interface of your E-mail system for creating the layout of a new mailing model and their design as well as for the response measurement. After the responsible designer has created and absolved the mailing model, it appears automatically in DynaCampaign and can be connected with the selected target group. Consequently the campaign is ready for delivery. Is a campaign achieved, DynaCampaign takes over the creation of a new mailing list, the time-phased mailing at a favored date, as well as display of the associated reports. E-mail-marketing process overview
According to the distribution of the data, there are several reporting options available. By default the E-mail interface recalls all available information. This contains in the most systems: opening rate, click-through-rate, bounce rate and date of opening and click. According to your data privacy requirements the information can either be aggregated on mailing level or be interpreted on addressee level, so that you can target customers after the mailing, which for example have not opened the E-mail or have not clicked on a certain link.
With the upcoming version 5 of DynaCampaign this module supports the connection to social media channels Facebook and Twitter. You can create a campaign or message with DynaCampaign and then post it on Facebook or tweat it on Twitter. Afterwards you can evaluate the success with our product Social Media Analytics.
This module allows you via a standardized interface to merge new lead addresses e.g. from AZ Direkt due to certain properties direct into a campaign as an extra target group. Because of an integrated duplicate matching you only get the addresses, which you have not in your constancy. With this module you have not only handled with the more and more important becoming regular customers business but also the new customer business and you can work with the bought addresses without any manual processes.
The module maintains the theme of central planning and release of the campaigns by the stores (e.g. tradesmen, tourist office, and field staff). Although normally the control center has the data superiority. The central planned campaign will be using release process transmitted to the participated stores. These can rework the so far selected target groups by deselecting several customers or adding new ones. The stores can access over the web. The user interface and skins will be modulated individually after the customers requirement.
If there is a collision with other campaigns in the planned period (e.g. next month), a prioritization respectively optimization decides to which campaign the customer will be related. The prioritization respects already executed, started and future campaigns (marked/reserved addresses).
Manual Campaign Optimization - Process Overview
The initial prioritization occurs according to the downwards command variable value per contact (e.g. amount of coverage, customer value, campaign overvalue). The overlapping matrix serves as discussion base for a prioritization meeting, in which will be final defined, to which campaign the overlapping matrix will be add. DynaCampaign visualizes interactive reprioritization cycle and allows a reassignment of the contacts. Thereby is also a proportionate assignation of the overlapping matrix possible.
In line with the Automated Campaign Optimization the customers contact strategy is agreed and established. Defined campaigns and activities (e.g. in a certain period) are viewed in their single and total effect (response, ROI, Delta-CLV, etc.). The campaign optimization maintains the linear optimization; several scenarios with constraint variations (UA costs reduction) can be applied, evaluated and compared with. Alternatively other optimization tools (e.g. SAS Enterprise Miner) can be directly connected.
Automated campaign optimization - process step
The module Resource and Budget Planning applies to the planning process per year and assignment to several areas. The module allows the budget preparation and allocation, target definition and assimilation of the plans over time as well as the demonstration of the effect of increase or decrease of the budget. Thus the budgets can be remitted for different direct marketing activities. Several campaigns and activities can be assigned to these budgets. The budget planning per campaign and activity is already contained in the basic packet. The module will be prospective available in 2012.
Module DynaSurvey – customer profiling
This module allows you to create a online opinion poll with the most varied questions simply. Get this new module for market research and customer profiling aims, interrogate your customers and find out how satisfied they are with your service/products. The completed questionaries could be write to the central database directly, if the correspondent opt-ins exists, and thus they are available for a selection in DynaCampaign. With the intuitional questionary editor you can amongst others extract diffrent question types and deposit optional orders and when/then conditions. The layout is flexible and can be customized to your CI. This module also supports multilingualism. It can be used as a stand alone solution idependent from DynaCampaign, too.
