DynaSocial – the Social Media Analytics Solution from DYMATRIX – is a customized tool for automated analysis and evaluation of content and spirits in social networks. Together with its build in and well-engineered linguistic and semantic text mining we formed a strong tool for analyzing company related posts in social media networks.

DynaSocial manages automated data-download via interfaces and data-preparation for previously designed analyses. The results are ready to be presented in dashboards. They can also be used for further more detailed analyses or in advanced functions. The most important part however, the interpretation of the data and the deduction of future alternatives of action, is still user’s hand.
